Here's the great Sheila from last night's Go Figure. She had some great poses despite the annoying hammering going on in the loft. I guess they had to do right then and not wait an extra 10 minutes when we would've be finished for the night. What can you do? It's their loft and they can do anything they want; they're nice enough to let us use the space, so I can't really say anything- except on my blog here I guess.
I get the feeling we might be overstaying our welcome there. That's how things work.
Go figure.

Here's Isabelle from our third installement of "Kung Figure". It's interesting how the model's expressions and poses change when they have a weapon in their hands.
The first 4 are colored pencil, and the last one is vine charcoal and charcoal pencil.

Here's Phoenix from last Monday's Go Figure. She was great; she did some unusual poses, used props noone has used before, and baked us some muffins, which were great.

Here's Amy from the last Go Figure. I was really tired that night and was not drawing up to par. Thus, only one drawing to display.
Drawing takes energy to do. Working full time in order to make money to survive depletes energy. Trying to do both is most trying and frustrating if you're trying to be an artist.

Carla

Here's Carla who filled in for an ill Sheila at Go Figure. I really like drawing Carla for her interesting presence, facial expressions, and long, thin body where you can see the bone structure.

PHOENIX

Here's the firey Phoenix from last night's GO FIGURE. She had some great quick poses, played her Native American flute in another pose, and some great long poses as well. These are all colored pencil.

Here's Cassandra from last night's Go Figure. Only one this time cause I was sick and had to leave early unfortunately. The turn-out was good, however, and I'm looking forward to more Go Figures of extraordinary proportions.
